Day 1: QAIA – Madaba – Dead Sea
Your driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the Dead Sea for your overnight stay. He will stop en-route in Madaba for a chance to visit some of the famous mosaics of the town before continuing down to the Dead Sea. Your overnight stay is at Dead Sea Spa Hotel 4*/Mövenpick 5*, including breakfast.

Day 2 (B): Dead Sea – Karak – Dana – Petra
After breakfast, your driver will meet you and take you down the Dead Sea Highway, passing some beautiful viewpoints. Then you’ll drive up into the mountains and stop along the way at the Crusader castle of Karak. After free time for lunch in the town, you’ll continue along the ancient trade route of the King’s Way, and pause at Dana Nature Reserve for some great views. The last stop of the trip is at Little Petra, for a ‘taster’ of the sights of tomorrow.  Overnight stay is at Petra Palace 3*/Petra Moon 4*/Petra Guesthouse 5*, including breakfast.

Day 3 (B, D): Petra – Wadi Rum
You have the day to explore the fantastic UNESCO and World Heritage site of Petra. You can visit The Royal Tombs and make the climb to the viewpoint to look down onto the Treasury as the morning sun hits it. Or perhaps climb up the mountain opposite to the High Place of Sacrifice and take the trail down to the Garden Temple Complex. If you have enough energy, then make the climb up to the largest of Petra’s monuments, The Monastery.  At the end of the day, your driver will be waiting to take you south to the beautiful desert of Wadi Rum. Here you’ll spend the night under the stars at a Bedouin Camp, dinner is included.

Day 4 (B): Wadi Rum – Amman
After breakfast, a 4×4 will take you on a 2-hour tour of the highlights of this UNESCO site – visit the Nabatean inscriptions, canyons, sand-dunes and Lawrence of Arabia’s House. Then your car will collect you and take you north to the capital Amman. A late lunch and then an afternoon tour of some of the sites here – The Citadel, Roman
Theatre and downtown souks. Overnight stay is at Art Hotel 3*/Amman International 4*/Landmark hotel 5* in Amman.

Day 5 (B): Amman – Jerash – QAIA
Today you have the morning to visit the beautiful ruins of Jerash. The car will drive you about 45mins north to see the remains of this Roman city – the Hippodrome, Roman theatre, Temples of Artemis and Zeus are some of the highlights.  In the afternoon, your car will transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
