Vipassana meditation is the basic of the now popular mindfulness & awareness. Enjoy this weekend with morning and evening yoga practice & meditation plus individual guiding. We go deeper into the knowledge of vipassana and experience a day of not talking. Going into silence, even for just one day, is restorative and gives self-reflection. It nourishes your body and soul. It supports you to reconnect to your true self in your own time.
Jolinda Cath is yoga and meditation teacher, masseuse, photographer and reiki-master. She guides you during this retreat on physical, mental and spiritual level. The Yoga during this retreat is to let energy flow. We also practice mindfulness during the asana’s. We create awareness of the breath and the body. Together we implement the connection of body & mind.

Day 1: Arrival at accommodation by 19:00 (latest 21.00). Enjoy a cup of tea and meet with other participants as a group. Enjoy the meditation and quiet time before you rest.
Day 2: Rise for an early morning yoga & meditation practice followed by breakfast. Before we go into silence, more information is given about Vipassana meditation. Enjoy a free morning to yourself or participate in a guided meditation session, followed by rest time and lunch. In the afternoon you can participate in meditation walk & movements and sign in for personal check-in. The day comes to a close with a late afternoon yoga practice before our meal. The day will end with a guided meditation.
Day 3: Rise for a final morning yoga & meditation practice, followed by breakfast. Enjoy the rest of the morning and we break the silence before lunchtime with a closing and sharing circle to complete our time together.
Jolinda is a yogini, photographer, therapist, tour leader, and travel designer. Originally from Holland, she moved to Jordan in 2010. Around 20 years ago, she made her first steps into yoga, followed by Vipassana meditation, Thai massage, and Reiki I and II. With a background as a creative therapist and social cultural worker, she started her own photography and design company in 2008 and she has guided different kinds of art programs for various groups.
